From her origins and upbringing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Gerry Tatham headed south to Florida, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. She returned to the United States to complete her Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida. There she married and combined his, hers and our families with Dr. Lewis Tatham. 

She earned a Master's degree from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee and an Education Specialist from Vanderbilt University in Nasheville. As Adjunct Professor with a third-degree credential for mystery writing, she taught English at Austin Peay and the Fort Campbell, Kentucky college campuses before retiring with her husband to Edgewater, Florida in 1995.

Tatham has published short stories, poetry in anthologies and "Modest Proposals" for the New Smyrna Beach Observer and contributed articles to Prissy Mag in Paris, France. "Roger and Out" is her first novel.
