Writing a book and how to go about doing it and getting it published. 

Donna Eastman bio: BS from Simmons College School of Publicaiton. Experience: Worked at Pearson Group -- Allyn and Bacon; Little, Brown; McGraw-Hill. She has had 35 years experience in book and magazine editing/writing and writing for magazines and newspapers. She is in charge of the editorial branch of Parkeast Lit.    

Donna Eastman is a member of American Pen Women, Who's Who in American Women and American Association of University Women. 

Eastman has presented lectures on publishing (adult education), lectures for the Ormond Writers League, American Pen Women and various other writing groups. She has also recited and performed original poetry to various groups, including art shows and art festivals. In addition, she also spent years doing fashion commentary at professional runway shows. 

Donna Eastman enjoys lecturing primarily to small groups, although she has presented at huge groups in large venues. Her talks are about 45 minutes to one hour long. She prefers venues under a 50 mile drive unless she carpools. 

She charges depending on the venue -- up to $100 plus expenses.
